PreDNS

PreDNS Functionality allows you to load files to and manipulate your site before DNS is fully pointed to it. This is very useful if you are in a situation where you are moving from one web hosting company to another, or if you just want to be able to load files to your site within the first 24 - 48 hours after it is created.

You will be able to FTP normally using ftp.netins.net and your username and password, as provided on your Account Settings Document. Once you've uploaded your content, you can visit http://ssl206.securefastssl.com/domain.ext and see what it will look like after DNS is completed.
