Create form code
Click the Form to Email button on the left and fill in the following fields.
Email Subject – Enter a subject for your email
Recipient's Email Address- Enter the address you want the emails delivered to
Click: Configure Form To Email

Steps for using Form Mail
NOTE: Form mail can only be used with html coding. You will need a basic knowledge of html coding to use this script.
Steps for using FormMail:
1) Open your form html page using an html editor
2) Modify the FORM tag as follows:
You will see the html code in the text box to add to your html document.
3) Cut and Paste the following text Between the FORM tags
You will see another text both the second set of code to add to your html document.
4) Save your form html page
5) Upload your form html page
