1. Open Outlook Express on your computer.
Choose the Tools menu and select Accounts.

2. Click on the tab that says Mail, Choose the email account and choose Properties on the right hand side.

3. Click on the Servers tab. Ensure that your email servers are updated to reflect the new format, shown below, and your Account Name is now your full email address. Next, Place a
check in My server requires authentication.

4. Click on the Advanced tab. In Outgoing mail (SMTP) , enter 587. Click Apply . Click OK and then Close.

You should now be able to send and receive messages normally.
