1. Open Outlook Express. Click the Tools Menu and select Accounts.

2. Click on the Mail tab and choose Edit

3. In the Account Settings area, update the E-mail address, Account ID, POP server and SMTP server to reflect the format shown below.

3. Click the Click here for advanced sending options button. Here you will want to make sure the Override default SMTP port: is set to use port 587, that the option that says SMTP server requires authentication is enabled, and finally that it is set to use the same settings as my incomming mail server is choosen.

4. Click OK.

You should now be able to send and receive messages normally.
